1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Dopifuture ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

These Terms apply to all users, including students, parents, teachers, and school administrators. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To use Dopifuture, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old, or have verified parental consent if younger
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

3. Subscription Plans & Payments

Dopifuture offers subscription-based access with the following terms:

• Free Trial: New users may receive a complimentary trial period. You will not be charged until the trial ends.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Current subscribers will be notified before any changes take effect.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support:

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase or renewal
• Free trial cancellations result in no charge

To request a refund, contact us at support@dopifuture.com with your account details and reason for the request.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful, educational purposes. You may not:

• Share, transfer, or sell your account credentials to others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or other tools to access the Platform
• Upload, transmit, or distribute any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure or other users' experience
• Circumvent any access restrictions, security measures, or usage limits

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, and design elements of Dopifuture are owned by Dopifuture Inc. and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content without written permission
• Use Dopifuture branding, logos, or trademarks without authorization
• Create derivative works based on Platform content

7. User-Generated Content

If you submit content through the Platform (such as project submissions, forum posts, or feedback), you grant Dopifuture a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content for Platform improvement and educational purposes.

You retain ownership of your original content and may request its removal at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose or educational outcome
• Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation
• Accuracy or completeness of any content or information

Dopifuture does not guarantee specific learning outcomes or academic results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dopifuture Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or educational opportunities.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:

• Negotiation: Good faith discussions between the parties
• Mediation: If negotiation fails, through a mutually agreed mediator
• Jurisdiction: The courts of Istanbul, Turkey shall have exclusive jurisdiction

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 30 days before they take effect.

Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Platform and cancel your subscription.
