Using The Convince
A session in three steps
-
Allow camera and microphone
The Convince reads stress, face, and voice cues from the device camera and microphone. No extra hardware.
-
Answer a few warm-up questions
The app learns how you look and sound when you are simply talking. That baseline is yours, not a fixed “normal.”
-
Ask your own questions
Practice an interview, a talk, or a negotiation. You get live feedback, then a plain-language summary you can keep.
Common questions
FAQ
Why does the app ask for camera and microphone?
The camera is used to follow pulse-from-face, expressions, and gaze. The microphone is used to follow tone and pacing. Face video is not stored as a photo library and is not used to identify you as a person.
Do I need an account?
No. A session runs as a guest. You do not create a login to try the demo flow.
Is this a lie detector or a medical device?
No. See the Disclaimer. The Convince is a practice tool. It is not a certified polygraph and not a medical product.
The camera preview is dark or my face is not found
Sit in even light, face the camera, and keep your head in frame. Then close the app fully and open it again. If permission was denied, enable Camera and Microphone for The Convince in your device settings.
How do I delete my data?
Ending a session discards the live analysis buffers. Anything you export is yours to delete on the device. For a deletion request about server logs, email zai@97.team. Rights are listed in the Information Notice.
Where is the analysis processed?
Your device captures camera and microphone. Analysis runs on a separate processing service operated for the product. These legal pages are not that service and are not hosted with it.
